I grew up in Farmington and now I’m back. But, this story started 35 years ago…
That fateful rainy day when Mom decided she couldn’t stand one more minute of my whining that there was nothin’ to do.
She placed a rolling pin in my hand and said: Have at it.
Epiphany. Why waste my time with little league baseball? Grade-school gals swarmed me whenever I sported a basket of fresh-baked brownies!
Keeping this secret all to myself, I began crafting bigger, better and ~ sometimes ~ even more delicious recipes.
Later on, I tempted the masses as a Pastry Chef at Deer Valley, that 5 star ski resort in Utah, host to the 2002 Olympic Winter games.
They say deep powder skiing is loads of fun but what’s even more fun is coming in out of the cold…
Curling up with a warm slice of my crusty artisan bread…
Better yet, a delightfully decadent après ski dessert.
My mission?
To make you smile.
To make your guests feel all warm and fuzzy when they quietly ask for seconds.
